DIAL-IN (participants dial-in themselves)
In Dial-in conferences the participants receive an individual seven-digit PIN which they use to dial into the conference. When the conference planning is completed, DialogVox.com automatically sends multi-lingual e-mails to the participants with the necessary dial-in information (dial-in no. and dial-in PIN).
The conference dial-in number is a German landline number. International dial-in numbers (landlines) can also be provided when booking a rate.
DIAL-OUT (phone and invite participants from within the conference)
In Dial-out conferences, the conference host enters the phone numbers of participants with the help of the Control Centre. DialogVox.com calls the participants at the start of the conference. You can spontaneously add participants during the conference using the address book.
